A small settlement nestled on an outcropping of rocks jutting out from the middle of Lake Totori, Rito Outpost is the home of the Rito. Having arrived upon expanding their territory into the far reaches of the realm nearly 150 years ago, the little village serves a militaristic base for the bird people.

Never fear though! Despite being birds, the Rito have constructed long rope bridges that connect the isolated village to the lands surrounding the lake.

A great land beyond the reaches of Hyrule Kingdom in the northeastern reaches of the realm featuring many mountains and chasms and a series of breathtaking lakes.

Despite the frigid winters that cover these parts of the land, life flourishes surprisingly well all throughout the frontier, being the home to an abundance of wildlife and the primary home of the land's Rito.
