A Hylian settlement located upon the foothills of the Eldin Mountains on the southern edge of the Great Hyrule Forest, Rauru Village is the twin of Hyrule Coliseum Village, having been founded 150 years ago in response to the disaster of the Night Era.
Well known for it's strong military presence and as Hyrule's first line of defense in protection of Death Mountain and the Great Hyrule Forest, it is affectionately known as the Village of the White Maiden.
