On the coastline of Loshlo Harbor lies the stone fortress that serves as the main base of Karina's rebel army. Sprawled around it is a small town where some soldiers have chosen to live with their families, as well as civilians who have chosen to leave the official boundaries of the Hyrule Kingdom. The town is currently in a self-sustaining state - the first couple of winters were tough, but now farmland is in use and the people can keep themselves warm and clean. It's a stable power base for a rebellion.
The fortress itself can house a garrison of up to five hundred soldiers, but it rarely reaches that number. It is used for training civilians in actions typical of rebels reliant on sabotage, and it serves as a final defense point if Karina's forces are ever routed.

There were few times in which Wrecker was seen outside of Karina's shadow, and this was one of the instances. The rebels couldn't quite get a read on them, oftentimes being ignored by the bodyguard or at most getting a look their way. When Wrecker was alone, things tended to be...unusual.
This time, Wrecker had chosen to sit upon one of the supply crates, and spent the good part of the morning staring at the eightfold longblade, sometimes twisting the grip, the reflection of the blade's side slowly following the rising sun in the sky.
Around noon, the bodyguard began to turn their attention to every passerby, the one red eye under the mask unfaltering in following them until they left Wrecker's sight.

Perhaps if this fortress were garrisoned by the Hylian Guard, the leader entering would come with a bit more flourish and ceremony. But Karina was only greeted by a few salutes as she walked through the gate. She preferred it that way. Though she was technically the leader here, she wanted everyone here to know that their contributions were valued too. She fastened her coat, and looked around. "Everything looks in order. Good."
"Wrecker!" Karina called out, looking towards the supply crates. "There's a big job coming up. Raid on a Hylian Outpost. You in?" She didn't expect a verbal answer, but Wrecker had their cues.

Seeing Karina, it didn't take long for Wrecker to spring into action and present themselves in front of the rebellion leader. The bodyguard nodded. But then, they stopped for a moment and grabbed one of the blades by the hip, scabbard and all, and showed it to Karina.
"...Sword?" Wrecker asked. They hadn't spoken much, but this time it was almost as if Wrecker was asking if that was the correct word to use.

Karina nodded. "Yeah, bring one. In case we need it. I'd rather keep them scared; the more people die at our hands the bigger a target we become." Much as Karina hated to admit it, she knew her forces weren't ready to take on the Hylian Army yet, even after five years of preparation. But a revolt was a slow and arduous process. If taking extra care meant more people would fly her flag, it was worth it.
"That said, if someone threatens your life, or any of our people's, don't hold back."

Wrecker put the sword back in place and nodded. The bodyguard took a few steps closer to Karina and stood by the leader's shadow, as was their proper place. They stood there quietly, waiting for the rest of the group to form up so they could go on a mission.

"We're going with a small group - you, me, and a few others. One advantage we've got over the knights is they don't adapt. We show em a bit of fire, and if we're lucky? They'll run for the hills before we have to really draw blades." Karina walked through the supply area into the fortress proper, looking for the right volunteers for this little team.

Wrecker followed along. When Karina mentioned fire, the bodyguard looked at their bandaged hand, nodding. They looked at the volunteers as well, alongside Karina. When Wrecker seemed to disapprove of a choice in the volunteers, they would take a step forward and stare them down to see if they had the guts to go through with it.

Though the volunteers in the fortress were loyal to Karina, a fair number of them were still hesitant to raise arms against the Hylian soldiers. Some because their families were among their ranks, others because they were afraid that they would fail. But even against Wrecker's gaze, there were two volunteers that were able to stand.
The first was a young woman - younger even than Karina, barely out of her teens. She gave both Karina and Wrecker a salute, carrying an arquebus at her side. "We're finally taking it to the bastards? I won't let you down."
The second was a much older man, a disgraced Captain of the Guard. Karina had never asked why he had left the guard to train the rebels - his experience was far more valuable than his motives. While the young woman had flinched a little before Wrecker, he was able to look them right at where their eyes would be.

Wrecker was still for a moment, but after checking through the volunteers and seeing most notably the young woman and the disgraced captain, they gave Karina an approving nod. It seemed that they had their raiding force.
