It was late, in the dead of night, when they made their way into the core of the town. When they'd arrived, they caravan went through all the usual rigamarole that they had become so familiar with. Those few men that had continued with them from the oasis remained outside the border of the city proper, instead staying within the confines of the town's looser city limits that petaled its edges. Those that passed into the true heart of Gerudo Town, only stopping for the the customs checks they were so familiar with, and then they were in.
Of course, now that they were there, they were for the most part spending the rest of the evening bringing their wagons to the town's local company headquarters and settling down to prepare for the business the next day would bring them. And then there were those guest travelers that had accompanied Stratling, who part their ways from the company in search of their lodgings for that evening. All except for a few.
Now separated from the vehicle that brought her here, the Madame hobbled through the quiet night streets, almost in a seemingly random direction. It had been a long day, certainly, but even at the tail end of it all, there was much to be done. She had already begun to get a good sense of this realm and the state of its current options, but really this was the place where she would really be able to dig into for the information that she sought. The question was where in this place she would be able to find the exact answers she needed.
Of course, the palace records would hold some information: the devil in the details truly lay awaiting in history's pages after all. But that was a destination that would have to wait. That was a risk. In the meantime... Leaning across her walking stick, the Madame bent her head upwards. Hobbling into the building, the scent of various fruits, liquors, and other drinks filled her nose. This would do for now.

Heaving in a deep breath, the elderly woman made her way to the edge of the barroom and slowly, heavily lowered herself onto one of the seats.
