	Rauru Village A Hylian settlement located upon the foothills of the Eldin Mountains on the southern edge of the Great Hyrule Forest, Rauru Village is the twin of Hyrule Coliseum Village, having been founded 150 years ago in response to the disaster of the Night Era. Well known for it's strong military presence and as Hyrule's first line of defense in protection of Death Mountain and the Great Hyrule Forest, it is affectionately known as the Village of the White Maiden.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Forest Village Located at the heart of the Great Hyrule Forest, the Forest Village serves as the modern day resting place of the legendary Master Sword. At the center of the village, towering over all the forest is its master, a great Deku Tree. Though the village often appears as a deserted collection of tree houses, it is rumored that the small settlement is the home of the forest spirits. Some believe they appear as Hylian children while others say they look to be little creatures made of wood. Great Hyrule Forest

A massive woodland, dwarfed in size only by the forests of the Faron Territory, the Great Hyrule Forest lies at the western foot of the Eldin Mountains. Believed to once belong among Faron's woodlands itself, it is said that the final blessings of the Light Spirit granted the woods a holy blessing.

Ruins located deep within the forests seem to indicate that an ancient Hyrulian settlement built by the Sheikah once stood upon these foothills, but all that remains are its deserted remains.
