(Replacing Quinn)
Name: Phorsieth Dragonheart
Species: Half Sheikah, Half Hylian
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Physical Appearance:
(I O U official art.)
Background:
At birth, Phorsieth was already destined to be something greater than he would ever imagine. His parents placed upon him a great deal of pressure in exceeding as a great warrior in the name of the Dragonheart legacy.
Phorsieth struggled to achieve such heights, being but a child as he began fencing lessons, riding training and all things that would often be expected of a squire of at least fourteen years of age, not a kid.
Regardless of the pressure, he endured. Something within his soul burned, a desire to succeed not due to his parents, but to rise up to the challenge and be able to look back at them in contempt and show just how he endured such cruelty and got out of it stronger than any of them would expect.
In this manner, the years went by and the young lad soon was a young man, beating his instructors and their peers at the tender age of fourteen. Every squire would strive to be like him, able to humble those stuck up adults.
Liberating though it felt to do so, Phorsieth soon began to get bored at the prospect of staying at home, taking petty revenge on relatives and mentors. It started to feel like a prison, and so he went his way, with just a sword on his shoulder and the armor that had been made for him long ago.
For years and years he roamed the countryside, fighting off monsters and aiding the populace, seeking a foe that could match him, give him a challenge that he had not felt in a long time. To feel the thrill of danger once more.
Only that he could not find anyone. Those who were possibly good peers for Phorsieth were aiding the crown, and not interested in dueling a young man just because. He would have to shed innocent blood to get such a challenge, and he would not stoop so low to do so.
One day, Phorsieth came across a village hidden within the mountains on a faraway land, and there he met a group of time traveling acolytes of the goddess Hylia. People who went through all sorts of time periods and faced many threats that none in this age could even imagine.
Lo and behold, Phorsieth had found his place. A chance to fight for good, but also sate his great lust for a challenge worthy of his skills.
So, the knight now works for the Disciples of Hylia, ready to safeguard Hyrule from any threat, any time that it arises. And just maybe, find the foe he so desperately desires...
Relevance: Phorsieth is the new great knight in his lineage of Dragonhearts, set to do right by his family and champion their legacy in the name of justice in Hyrule, and in the name of Hylia.
Skill Set:
Master Swordsman
Phorsieth's skill with the blade is such that he is capable of reaching a state of absolute concentration in which his sword strikes are precise, strong and deadly, defying all expectations of his enemy. In this state, the blade may move unhindered through any obstacle, regardless of its composition, cleaving right through it. It is a trivial matter for the Dragonheart to do so, but the overuse of this skill may well render him infamous among his peers.
Powerful Legendary Omnipurpose Titanium Armor
It is the legacy of the Dragonhearts to forge powerful enchanted weaponry, and Phorsieth's armor is no different. No matter the enemy, its legendary enchantment makes it so it adapts to the situation, leaving him protected against even the most ludicrous of circumstances, making through it mostly unscathed, and at most being knocked out if it is an exceedingly powerful force that strikes it.
Weaknesses
Overconfident
Phorsieth tends to believe that due to his mastery and skills, that there is very little that can stop him, and so he charges headfirst into any situation without fear, afterthought or care for his own safety. This critical flaw renders it rather easy to make an enemy of him and taunt the knight.
