A small collection of structures built along the bordering edges of Kakariko's territory, Telta Docks serves as a front for an outpost. A small path along the edges of Telta Lake leads southward from the outpost back to Kakariko Village.
The docks act as a small base for Sheikah operatives. However, while it does serve this purpose– as a relay to Kakariko –it is most effective as a fishing outpost as well, for those who choose to go into the nearby lakes or marshlands, and provides an excellent method of travel between Necluda, Zorana, and all throughout all the major rivers in the land that run from the marshlands.

A lone traveler walked the cliff side path, feir footsteps quick and careful as fei made feir way toward the docks. Fei came from Kakariko, having just woken up after a brief nap. Fei'd just completed a major mission, but even so a brief nap was all fei was allowed for now. It was pretty late at night now, but fei was trained enough that it didn't matter too much and sometimes they just didn't have the options for when they had business to attend to. Sometimes, that's how time was, but it was alright. Fei'd get more rest later.
Fei glanced down off the side of the path down over the lake till feir eyes shifted northwards toward a small light. There were the huts down by the docks, fei was pretty close now. Squinting, fei could see a young girl down there carrying a broom over her shoulder. Feir lips bending into a slight smile, Samuel waved down across the lake toward the distant figure till fei continued round the edge of the lake and she vanished behind the rooftops. So who else was going to be here?
It wasn't too much longer before Samuel arrived at the outpost. It was deserted outside now. Looking out toward the docks, it looked like the person running the outpost was there, but the otherwise the only sign of life were the flickering torches lighting the outdoors. Well. Fei headed over toward the hut and gave three slow knocks. This is where they were probably waiting for fim.

When he knocked on the door, the little girl opened the door ever so slightly.
"What's the password?" She asked with a casual, serious face.
It took a while, but Samuel heard another voice from inside call out "Lucy, let Samuel enter. There's no password..."
She looked back inside over her shoulder. "You're no fun, Teach." Then, she opened up the door.
Inside a handful of figures sat around a table that had a tea set.
Regnicia sat on the end opposite to the door, and by her side was the large figure that was Daimyo, with his arms crossed. Regnicia for a change donned an outfit with the reds and whites of traditional sheikah garb, but Daimyo remained unchanged, wearing his full armor and mask as always.
To their left, at the end of the table was someone that Samuel might recognize, if partially. Wearing but a skirt and a sash that went from the waist to his shoulders was Sol, one hand resting on a staff. Half of his body looked heavily altered, no doubt his condition had progressed terribly during the years. Part of his skin was scaly and darkened, resembling the fearsome demon whose's name was best left unspoken. And the parts that weren't covered by the corruption looked sickly, with veins making what looked like a network of roots under his skin.
Lucy stood by the door, waiting for Samuel to walk in before closing the door and taking her own seat at the right end of the table.

Samuel started forward but paused at the question and stared down at the girl as if fei was seriously thinking about it. Fei looked up again at the sound of the other voice inside with a confused look and then slipped inside once the door opened. Fei leaned forward a little down to Lucy's level and whispered, "I thought the three knocks was the password." Fei squinted at her. Still, there wasn't much of any time to discuss that any further.
Fei stopped once he was inside to unclasp feir boots and leave them by the doorway beside his staff. Then fei bowed to his masters and took a seat opposite them between Lucy and Master Sol. There seemed to be a couple empty spots left in the hut. Curious, fei asked, "Are we waiting for anyone else or are they extra seats?"

Regnicia shook her head. "We are all present now. Dahnguira was not available at this time."
"That being said.", Daimyo spoke up. "This meeting is off the records, even for our close allies. As always, working for Hylia requires the utmost caution, so the cover is merely that Regnicia and I have chosen to spend our night here, rather than trouble our hosts in Kakariko."
The sorceress nodded. "Indeed. So if asked, you've merely come to visit, but it's preferred to speak nothing at all of this meeting." She began to pour tea into cups set in front of every present disciple.
"Today, we'll discuss our situation, and your mission, Samuel.", Daimyo looked over towards the young witch. "As you may or may not know, though Lucy sits here with us today, her present self is compromised. She was sent on a mission to deal with a problematic figure, Cerise Bellamy, and has ended up in the woman's service, unwilling to return to us."
Lucy nodded, taking a sip from her tea. "I can't tell what went through my head, or rather, what will go through my head. My future self is...time locked. Simply put, I can't access her mind any more than she can access mine. She anchored herself in a way that neither I nor Teach can affect her. So while she's not wise to what I am doing, we're not wise to what she is doing either."

Not available... Even after feir years of training, that was still a concept that bewildered fim about working among the Disciples. With their ease of access to travel to wherever and whenever from any point in their career, how they could ever be unavailable? Though, in all honesty, nearly the whole team had been made unavailable during the last mission. They must have gotten caught up in something.
The young Hylian glanced back and forth between the masters as they opened the meeting. Fei hadn't seen them so quiet and uptight among the Disciples about something before. The issue with the Darkest Night had been unnerving, but secretive? Not this much. Samuel gave a small nod to Daimyo, gently sliding the saucer with feir tea to the center of feir spot and waiting until the others had done the same before giving quiet thanks and listening as the situation was explained.
The Disciple took a sip of feir tea, but at the mention of the time lock lowered feir teacup with a small frown. Fei waited until Lucy finished before speaking. "When you say 'time locked' that sounds rather similarly to how Thorodan locked off the realm before. But knowing what you are able to do," fei said. And then there was that fact where they said she had been choosing not to return.
After a moment, fei nodded. "So then, I'm supposed to find her, determine her status, and then, before committing to any more moves, get in contact with you about what's happening?"

"That would be the initial idea, yes." Daimyo replied, his tone stern. "But I need you to understand the gravity of the situation, Samuel. The Lucy you will meet is a rogue asset with access to time magic. From this point on, if you meet any of us I'll ask that you verify our identities. Lucy is resourceful, and I would not put above her the capacity to compromise alternate versions of ourselves."
"I understand it's...painful to have to be this paranoid about your allies, but he's right, Samuel. Thorodan's threat was great, but he did not dabble in time magic. Lucy does." Regnicia said.

"I see..." Samuel considered their words for several moments. "...In that case, then can I ask you to confirm with me what other missions I had been assigned to complete in this time before I arrived here?" Fei didn't want to be doubtful, but if this was something they were going to run into, there was no sense in not starting here.
Sure, the extent of feir skills somewhat dictated feir purpose for being in this time, but among feir reasons for being there, one was among the more confidential and it's not like their memories were immune to the effects of time. If they were the correct ones, they'd at least be aware of the specifics of Samuel's assignments.

Regnicia and Daimyo exchanged a look. Sol chuckled at Samuel's boldness.
"You were assigned to test out experimental technology. The runes, things in the Slate project." Daimyo replied. "That being settled, we have another matter to warn you about..." He looked in Sol's direction.
The former sage nodded. "There is...something coming. A disturbance, not unlike Thorodan's. It's something potent, and I can sense it in my blood. The days will grow darker. Even if the Sheikah are taking precautions to deal with threats, there's a rebellion afoot and gods know what else. The darkness is rather subversive. There is certainly something stirring in the shadows."

Fei would have to find a better question later on, but the answer was more than enough to satisfy fim for now. The Slate Project had been one fei had quietly researched on in feir own, in private, during the creation of Fusustis. It had only come to Samuel whilst fei was inscribing the teleportation rune. Something fei'd need to test more out on, due to its complexity, but if fei could manage to get it working... It would provide just the sort of secret tool the Spirit of the Hero may be able to make use of.
As Sol explained his thoughts, Samuel took a pause from feir thoughts to take another sip. When fei lowered it again, feir hand remained as fei fidgeted with the rim of the teacup a little. "Something different from Ganon," the Disciple asked after a moment. "Even has his most subtle, his movements have always had a certain prominence to them. If something else is going on here, do you think we have our attention focused in the right place?"
